What I can build for you
Four areas that hold together: fast websites, custom systems, modernising legacy software and IT management. All from one person, with a focus on security, speed and your independence. Expand each area for details.
Area 01
Custom websites
Blazing-fast, secure websites built on a modern foundation — loading in fractions of a second, top speed scores and none of the needless holes of old content-management systems.

Custom websites
Blazing-fast, secure websites built on a modern foundation — loading in fractions of a second, top speed scores and none of the needless holes of old content-management systems.
When I build a company website, the first question is not “which template”, but “what should this site actually do”. For most presentation sites the answer is the same: load fast, look trustworthy and collect enquiries. That needs neither a database that can break nor an admin panel you have to patch every month for security.
Instead of assembling the page the moment a visitor opens it (like WordPress), it is built in advance and sits on a global network of servers (a CDN). The visitor gets a finished file from the nearest location — so it loads in fractions of a second, wherever they are. Speed is not cosmetics: Google counts it into rankings and every second of waiting drives customers away.
SEO basics, Open Graph previews for sharing, accessibility and security headers are part of every site — not an add-on. And the moment a site needs logins, orders or data that changes at runtime, we move to a custom application (Area 02) and I deploy a dynamic backend.
What it includes
- Business cards, company sites, landing pages, catalogues
- SEO basics, Open Graph, accessibility
- Security headers, HTTPS, spam-protected contacts
- Hosting and maintenance for a monthly fee
Who it is for: Sole traders and companies who want a trustworthy business card, company site or catalogue — fast, secure and easy to extend.

CRM and internal systems
Dynamic applications with a database and login. When you outgrow Excel and spreadsheets but an ERP is overkill — I build exactly what you need.

Area 02
CRM and internal systems
Dynamic applications with a database and login. When you outgrow Excel and spreadsheets but an ERP is overkill — I build exactly what you need.
When a company outgrows Excel and shared spreadsheets but a full ERP is overkill — in both price and complexity — I build exactly what you need. An application with its own database, login and roles, available from a browser anywhere, with nothing to install on the machines.
I design the system around your real processes, not the other way round. Order tracking, warehouse, bookings, a client portal — we start with whatever slows you down most today and build in small steps you use and review right away.
I can connect it to the tools you already have — e-shop, invoicing, accounting — via API connectors, so you do not retype data by hand and avoid the errors that come from copying between systems.
What it includes
- CRM, order tracking, warehouses, booking systems
- Integrations (e-shop ↔ invoicing ↔ accounting, API connectors)
- Client portals and dashboards over your data
- Hosted in the cloud or on your own server — whatever makes sense
Who it is for: Companies that run records, orders, a warehouse or bookings in spreadsheets and on paper and are starting to feel it slow them down or cost mistakes.

Refactoring and system migration
Modernising inherited systems without a risky “big bang”. I rewrite the old application gradually (strangler pattern) onto a modern, secure and maintainable foundation — the system keeps running while technical debt and maintenance costs go down.

Area 03
Refactoring and system migration
Modernising inherited systems without a risky “big bang”. I rewrite the old application gradually (strangler pattern) onto a modern, secure and maintainable foundation — the system keeps running while technical debt and maintenance costs go down.
An inherited system you are afraid to touch does not have to end in a risky overnight rewrite. I migrate it gradually (the strangler pattern) — the new and old parts run side by side, I move features across piece by piece, and the system never goes down for a moment.
First I audit the current state and technical debt, then I propose a path to a modern, secure and maintainable foundation. Your data and business logic stay — only the fragile foundations underneath get swapped for solid ones.
The result: lower maintenance costs, less firefighting at night and a system that can take on further growth instead of blocking it.
What it includes
- Audit of the existing system and technical debt
- Gradual migration with no downtime (strangler pattern)
- Rewrite onto a modern, secure and maintainable base
- Preserving data and business logic, a clean handover
Who it is for: Companies with a working but outdated system that is expensive to maintain, hard to extend or a security risk.

IT and company domain management
Not just software, but the hardware and operations around it. I take care of computers, company email, the domain and backups, so technology serves people — and you can get on with your work.

Area 04
IT and company domain management
Not just software, but the hardware and operations around it. I take care of computers, company email, the domain and backups, so technology serves people — and you can get on with your work.
The hardware and operations around software are a natural part of the job. I take care of the company domain and network, user accounts and access, and the setup of computers, laptops and printers — so the devices serve people instead of slowing them down.
I set up and manage company email and cloud (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), shared drives and, above all, backups and data recovery. A failed disk or an accidentally deleted file is then not a drama, but a calm restore from backup.
The advantage over an ordinary IT person: I also understand what runs on those computers. When you hit the limits of spreadsheets or need something automated, I can propose a custom system (Area 02) straight away instead of yet another stopgap.
What it includes
- Company domain and network management — users, access, policies
- Setup and management of computers, laptops and printers
- Company email and cloud (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
- Shared drives, backups and data recovery
Who it is for: Small and medium companies without their own IT department who want their computers, email and data under control and safe, with one reliable point of contact.

FAQ
What clients ask
How much does a website or system cost?
A one-off build starts at ~8,000 CZK for a simple business card and grows with scope (company site, custom system). You always get a fixed price up front, no surprises on the invoice. Hosting and maintenance run for a monthly fee.
How long does it take?
A simple website is usually done within days to two weeks; larger sites and systems depend on scope. I build in small steps and continuously show a working version live, so you know how things stand the whole time.
Will I be dependent on you afterwards?
No. The source code and domain are yours and the site can be moved elsewhere any time. I offer maintenance because it is convenient, not to lock you in.
Do you also update an existing website?
Yes, if it makes sense to build on it. With older sites it is often better and safer to rebuild on a modern, fast foundation — I will advise based on the specific state.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That is completely normal. Just write what you deal with today and what bothers you — a consultation and proposed solution are free and non-binding. Together we figure out whether a website, a system, or nothing yet makes sense.
